Just to update everyone -- I spent some time today downloading information from all over the country on eminent domain, which I will study over the next few weeks. Meanwhile, here is another URL to investigate. http://www.nationaleminentdomain.com
Hello Jean Boggio Your last name kind of scares me. LOL! However your new book sounds like it will be an important read for those who care about unjust property law. I wrote something that you might consider, when you write your next book.
Our peoples most important Constitutional amendments were never intended to be selectively assigned by this new agent of choice as if, for our Nation, for our States, and for our people, these were to be nothing more then mere directories to this process of permeable government laws. This Supreme court’s National liberty to grant these away my fellow Americans has become no better then British Permission by Law.
I graduated from Allegheny College in Western Pennsylvania many years ago with a degree in Drama. It was lots of fun but not very practical.
I eventually became a teacher. That was also fun, but others found it fun also and there was soon an oversupply. When I tried to go back after several years out of the field to raise a family, I found it difficult to get a job.
That's when my neighbor suggested I become a nurse. Plenty of jobs there. So it was back to school again for degrees in Nursing.
However, I've always been an arts person at heart and had often thought about writing. People always said I wrote well. It was now or never. I began, and one thing led to another. And here I am with my first book coming off the presses and my own publishing company taking form. It's never too late.
